FuBar (ckknight) – A panel that modules can plug into.

NinjaPanel
NinjaPanel (Cladhaire) – NinjaPanel is a simple, easy-to-configure display for LDB data objects. If you’re not familiar with LDB, it’s a simple standard that addon authors can use to provide information to other addons without needing to write any code specifically for them. This is helping to break the fubar/titan stronghold by providing a standard flexible enough to let any addon display the information.

SLDataText
SLDataText (Gimbli) – SLDataText is a modular text-based information tool to relay game-specific information in a clean, streamlined manner that is easy to integrate into most player user interfaces.

Click link to read more about it.

RatingBuster
RatingBuster (Whitetooth) – RatingBuster started out as an addon that converts combat ratings in your tooltips into percentages, so that you have more meaningful information when comparing different items. The design aim of RatingBuster is to provide detailed, meaningful and customizable information about items so you can easily decide for yourself which item is better.
Loot Information

It also includes the droprate, items gained for honor, arena points, badges of justice, emblems of heroism, valor, conquest, and triumph.

Ludwig
Ludwig (Tuller) – Ludwig is an item link database addon that was originally based on GetLink. Ludwig is not dependent on saved variables, and Ludwig does not require the user to do anything special in order to collect data.
Tooltip Exchange (Phanx) – Tooltip Exchange differs from LootLink and ItemSync mainly in that it has a built-in communication module to allow searching other people’s item databases as well as your own. Tooltip Exchange also features Memos, user created item lists that can be used as wish lists, boss drop lists, etc. and can be set to Public to allow your Memos to be browsed by other TooltipExchange users. Items which are found on remote clients are transfered over communication channel and their tooltips are reconstructed locally, allowing browsing of never seen before items.
Grouping Information

Cirk's Badapples
Cirk’s Badapples (Cirk) – Badapples allows you to record the names (and optional reasons) of players you’ve encountered (or even been told about) who are, shall we say not the most sterling examples of social and gaming etiquette in action, and whom you’d really rather avoid grouping with, or dealing with at all ever again. Badapples is an alternative to ignore in that you will still see everything relating to that player as you would have before, but you will now have visual feedback to help you distinguish the badapples from the good. Badapples maintains its list of player names on a per server basis, so you won’t need to add the same player again for each of your own characters.
BadPlayer (Ne0nguy) – You got a group together for the daily heroic. Everyone’s gear checks out and every body seems confident about the run. So you pass group leader off to the tank so he can set the raid targets, and everyone heads inside the instance. It isn’t long before you realize that things are going horribly. You have a BadPlayer in the group, and he doesn’t know how to play his class. You definitely don’t want to run with him anytime soon. But he doesn’t really belong on either your Friends or Ignore lists. Add him to your BadPlayer list. BadPlayer allows you to list as many characters as you see fit. Each entry contains basic player info (such as name, level, race, class, and guild) along with the Date and Details of your last ‘incident’. This addon will also alert you if you unintentionally group up with a BadPlayer if he is on your list or on the list of one of your guild members.
Ability Information

AfterMath
AfterMath (Aezay) AfterMath will calculate the damage your spells and abilities does after talents, glyphs, relics, set bonuses and auras are taken into account. The final calculated damage/healing for a spell will be shown on your action bars. The plan is to support all classes, all spells and abilities, but this is a huge task, so not all classes are supported yet.

DrDamage
DrDamage (Gagorian) DrDamage displays the calculated, average damage or healing of abilities with talents, gear and buffs included on your actionbar buttons. The addon will also add various information to the default tooltips in your spellbook and on the actionbar.

SpellSpy
SpellSpy (Aezay) -With this addon you can lookup and browse all spells in World of Warcraft.

SpellTips
SpellTips (phizi0n) – SpellTips is an addon that will modify your tooltips to show approximately how much damage or healing a spell will really do with Spell Power gear equipped. All tooltips are affected now even pets (only water elemental’s currently) and the trainer window are supported so you must disable it from the UI screen to see base values anywhere. It is simplistic by design and coded to be very efficient.
